BI Ventures ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy.

Device Information:When you visit the site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies.

Order Information:When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase, we collect specific information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (processed securely via encrypted payment gateways), email address, and phone number.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this information to:

  • Communicate with you and provide order updates.
  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
  • Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services, in line with the preferences you have shared with us.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We may share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your information as described above. For example, we use highly secure payment aggregators (like Razorpay) to process payments, and trusted logistics partners (like Shiprocket) to fulfill shipments.

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, or to protect our rights.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

2. Shipping Policy

Dedicated to delivering your premium quality organic superfoods safely and efficiently.

2.1

Processing and Timeline

Domestic Shipping (Within India): All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days once handed over to our shipping partner, depending on your location.

International Shipping: For export orders, delivery timelines vary significantly based on destination country, customs clearance procedures, and freight methods. Specific timelines will be provided at the time of invoicing.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2.2

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and delivery pin code.

Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistical issues or extreme weather conditions. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2.3

Tracking and Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

2.4

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For domestic orders, applicable GST is calculated at checkout.

For international export orders, BI Ventures is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

3. Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Structured handling parameters aligned with product perishability scales.

3.1

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet been dispatched from our facility.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at our official support email with your Order ID.

3.2

Damages, Defects, and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report damage, you must provide clear photographic or video proof of the damaged packaging and the product condition via our support channels.

3.3

Refunds and Returns

Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of food products like makhana and jaggery, we generally do not accept standard returns once a product has been opened or delivered in good condition.

Approved Refunds: If a refund is approved due to transit damage or fulfillment errors on our part, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Gateway Compliance Reminder:Before deploying to production, make sure your shared layout footer or contact page replaces standard placeholders with your active support email address, registered warehouse address, and official phone number to ensure immediate onboarding compliance with Razorpay.
